[imp] Reply link no longer behaves properly

I'm getting the same (CVS update a couple of hours ago). Additionally, 
the 'Reply to list' option on list messages does insert a To: address, 
but mangles it:

uktc at oak-wood.co.uk?actionID=165?index=20?array_index=19?thismailbox=INBOX.uktc

No message is quoted.
