[imp] Mailbox not filtering on refresh

Sorry for posting this twice; I forgot the "subject" last time.

Hi.  I'm new to horde/imp, having just gotten it going yesterday.

I've added a bunch of filters and mailboxes, but they only seem to work when I click on the "apply filters" link in the INBOX.  I have set the preference in Filters "Apply filter rules when mailbox is refreshed", and set the mailbox refresh for 5 minutes.  But it is refreshed, nothing gets filtered.

Am I not "getting it", or is this a bug?
