[imp] Snapshot 1/2/03 horde, imp and xml

For what it's worth, I'm still struggling with this.  I'm certain
that I have xml suppport compiled in and enabled; phpinfo() says:

XML Support              active
XML Namespace Support    active
EXPAT Version            1.95.2
