[imp] Snapshot 1/2/03 horde, imp and xml

Thanks for sticking with me.

I see the error of my ways.  I read "or" when the install docs
actually say "and".  But the docs still need to be updated if what
you say below is true.  The install docs say on line 110:

b. XML and DOMXL support. (--with-xml --with-domxml)

I'll work on getting DOMXML installed.
