[imp] CVS no compose window

Try the latest fixes to CVS.  I used ob_get_length() instead of headers_sent
() - this fixes the problems with compressed output.  This _should_ also 
work with uncompressed output (it worked in my limited tests when I turned 
off compression on my system).
