[imp] Language selection

Thanks anyway, but I finally found it,
I put the locked option in true in horde/imp/config/prefs.php

$_prefs['language'] = array(
    'value' => 'es_ES',
    'locked' => true,    <---------- here
    'shared' => true,
    'type' => 'select',
    'desc' => _("Select your preferred language:")
);
