[imp] Summary Call

All production stable versions, HORDE 2.1 and IMP 3.1
Sorry for all the trouble!  We are wanting to build a system that can
call HORDE functions from outside of HORDE to get summary information
and thought this would be the easiest place to start.

At this point you need to belatedly tell us what version of Horde/IMP 
you're running.
