Dear Sir,
Dear Madame,

I am using the multi-language Horde/Imp email program from my actual web 
hosting company.
There is no way to allow family & friends to subscribe without me having to set 
up a Pop3 account and knowing their login name and their password.
Is there a version available for me to upload to my account (cgi-bin?) that 
allows people to open an email account without my interference? Like Hotmail 
etc?
If available, what will it cost?
