[imp] upgrading tables from older horde to new.

I beleive I saw at one time an sql script that would migrate the database from 
the previous version of horde to the new one.  Does that script still work 
because I don't see anything with the CVS HEAD version.  I am upgrading from 
horde 1.0 and imp 2.2.6 to CVS HEAD version.
