[imp] upgrading tables from older horde to new.

There were two scripts (imp/scripts/imp2horde.pl and imp/scripts/imp2turba.pl)
in horde 2.0 and 2.1 to do this.  Not sure why they were removed form CVS
HEAD -- maybe the assume everyone should have already upgraded by now, or 
maybe the tables have changed, or maybe something else.

My advice is to upgrade to a stable version (2.0 or 2.1 of horde, 3.1 of
IMP) and then use the scripts there.  Once you get that working, you can
upgrade to CVS HEAD if you want.
