[imp] Bug in CVS

I have been testing the CVS version for Jonah and Klutz.
 
Last night, I changed the configuration to always force secure protocol, as
well as to use IMP for authentication.
 
When I set use_ssl to 1 in tonight's build of CONF.PHP, Horde does not show
a login screen, but shows a 404 while trying to load
https://www.mysite.com:80/horde/imp/login.php
 
If I set use_ssl to 0 or 2, it functions normally.
