[imp] Locale/language problems with Horde/IMP

(Windows 2000 Swedish, IE 5.0, IE4.0 etc. etc.)

When I log in the text is in English, as I want it to be.
Later, when I am logged in, the language should be set to whatever my user has.
This doesn't work... it is English no matter what I choose.

BUT.......... it will show my correct language when I:

1)    Use MacOS
2)	Use Lynx on Linux
3)	If I set ENGLISH (GB), choose SAVE, and then change it to SWEDISH and click save.  The first page that is showed is in Swedish, but NOT if I click further...  nor If I log in again.


Anyone ???
