[imp] name of pgp did not save to turba with correct format

Hi all:
a User called A, create pgp private/public key with Chinese name in imp,then he 
send his public key to the other one called B.
     (see http://www.thbuo.gov.tw/~txg16/0109_1.jpg )

 User B then open this mail in IMP and press "This PGP Public Key was attached 
to the message. Click to Save PGP Public Key in your Address book. " .
     (see http://www.thbuo.gov.tw/~txg16/0109_2.jpg )

 But the above entry in user B's address book did not look like what the first 
time User A created.
