[imp] imp over ssl

Yes, I have. IMP is 3.1. Apache is 1.3.26-6.1 with mod_ssl 2.8.10-5.1. openssl 
is 0.9.6g. The root CA is self-signed.  
 
There is a list of packages that IMP can work with. From www.horde.org, I 
remember that Apache 2.0 is not on the list. I also remember PHP 4.3.0 is  
not on the list either.
