Yes, that's the standard for me, otherwise Imp (Horde et al) are useless
(security).

Perhaps I'm not answering what you're asking (that's happened once
today).

For me, Horde et al are only approachable on port 443, via SSL. However,
that's an Apache/mod_ssl thing, not a Horde thing. If people want Horde
on port 80, a simple http redirect will do it. Everything seems to work
and has done since I started with Horde, about 2 months ago.
