[imp] IMP receives mail but does not send

[strider at newbolds.co.nz]

Just got imp 3.1 up and running again and going fine till I try to send an 
email.

imp receives fine, but when an email is composed it disappears in to lost sock 
land.

the command 
mail -s "7.57" strider at newbolds.co.nz <scripts/test
works fine.

Sendmail has apache as a trusted user
