[imp] 2 PGP and SMIME problems

Hi,

1.
I noticed, that when I send a PGP signed message blank lines in this message are
going to be discarded, so that all the message text sticks together.


2.
When I get a S/MIME signed message with an attachment, IMP does not recognize
that there is an attachment in this message.
