[imp] Mozilla theme for IMP 3.1

Hi there again. I have been trying to create a Mozilla theme for my
current IMP installation (3.1). It worked fine so far, the only thing
that doesn't seem to want to cooperate is the following:

$css['.menuselected']['background-color'] = '#c7d0d9';
$css['.menuselected']['background-image'] = 'url(' . $registry->getParam('graphics', 'horde') . '/menu-mozilla-active.png)';
$css['.menuselected']['background-repeat'] = 'repeat-x';
$css['.menuselected']['border'] = 'none';

No different image is displayed on the selected menu item. Is there
anything else I should add?
