[imp] Custom_login.php

Hi. I am trying to create a custom login screen. I started with
scripts/custom_login.php and have set the following:

define('IMP_BASE', '/usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/imp');
$server_key = 'imap';

I execute this page by typing
http://webmail.mydomain.com/horde/imp/scripts/custom_login.php

The page appears properly. However when I hit submit I am being
transfered to the normal IMP login screen. Any idea why this is
happening?
