[imp] PHP Warning: htmlspecialchars()

Hello,

Using the latest stable release of Horde and IMP (3.1) from horde.org under
Solaris 9 I get the following error log file:

charset `us-ascii' not supported, assuming iso-8859-1 in
/opt/ONwmapach/htdocs/horde/imp/lib/MIME/Viewer/text.php on line 41

I am using the latest Apache 1.3.27 and the latest PHP 4.3.0. IMP itself
works fine but it generates quite a lot of these error messages and wanted
to know 1) is this bad ? and 2) how can I avoid these error messages ?
