[imp] htmlspecialchars() Problem

I upgraded from PHP 4.2.3/Horde 2.1 to PHP 4.3.0/Horde 2.2 and how see "Warning:
htmlspecialchars() [function.htmlspecialchars]: charset `us-ascii' not
supported, assuming iso-8859-1 in /var/www/html/horde/imp/lib/M" in the top of
the page when reading messages.

None of this code is CVS, but only released stuff.
