[imp] VFS Question

muvfs (multi user vfs) is designed so that a user only has access to their own
files, other others that have be set globally readable. vfs means that anyone
can access any file.

muvfs is normally only used in Gollem, vfs is used for everything else, like
file upload cache etc.
