[imp] stripping attachments causes problems

Hi.

If I strip an attachment from a message, all other attachments get a
"Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit" header, no matter what they had before.

The strange thing is, if I change it back to base64 (that it should have
been in this case) the message part still seem to not get decoded but
returned as-is.

I even logged out and back again to make sure that the old attachment isn't
kept in the mime cache.
