[imp] Patch for contacts.php

Hi!

I'm using the HEAD-Version of IMP checked out on 13.12.2002. That one has a 
nice configure-option "display_contact", which shows no effect on my 
installation. I read some code and wrote a line to get that thing to work:

if($search || $prefs->getValue('display_contact')) //<- this line is important
    $results = $registry->call('contacts/search', $apiargs);

Now the address-list only shows all my addresses, if I configure it like that 
using the option "display_contact". Maybe you like it...
