[imp] IMP Folder Trouble

Hi there, having troubles with the folder management in IMP – users cannot
make modifications to their folder tree inside IMP even though such
modifications are allowed via the server.  Using production versions

Any thoughts?
The error messages returned are always:
 The folder "Test2" was not created. This is what the server said:

Or whatever other error may be returned, always with a blank error.
HELP!!!
