This fix did not make forwarding attachments work correctly for me.  However,
I'm not using VFS for attachments so my problem may be unrelated to Didi's. 
However when I look at the the forwarded message source.  I see that the MIME
part for the actual JPEG looks like its binary data as opposed to encoded data
(i.e. it looks like a bunch of garbage characters).  Hope this helps
