[imp] A few problems with horde-2.2/imp-RELENG-3.2

First, when logging in I see a number of messages in php logfile:

/usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde-2.2/lib/Auth.php on line 218

No impact that I can see, login works fine.

The bigger issue is when attempting to send mail. I then see in the php
logs:

[23-Jan-2003 11:53:21] PHP Notice:  No file uploaded in Unknown on line 0
[23-Jan-2003 11:53:43] PHP Notice:  Undefined index:  type in
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde-2.2/imp/compose.php on line 830
[23-Jan-2003 11:53:43] PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function:
send() in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde-2.2/imp/compose.php on line 831

Mail.php appears to have the send function, not sure where to look next.
