[imp] horde/imp/turba - latest stable releases + japanese character display.

Hello friends,

I am running $subject with apache-1.3.26 (yes, I will upgrade) and php-4.2.3
compiled with mbstring support, but japanese characters wouldn't display
correctly when I set encoding to any of euc-jp, iso-22022-jp.
I have tested using also apache-2.0.44+mod_php-4.3.0 and it's the same.
Squirrelmail seems to be okay with the encoding but I wanna change to imp!

My setups can be seen here:

In both cases use the following login credentials:

username: sux
password: sux-more


https://jp.wananchi.com		# squirrelmail (1.4 cvs)
https://horde.wananchi.com	# Horde + imp

This is the same host. For jp.wananchi.com, I've set display to Japanese.
