[imp] difficulty generating conf.php for imp

Hi list,

Using:
Apache 1.3.27
php 4.2.3
PEAR Version: 1.0.1
PHP Version: 4.1.2
Zend Engine Version: 1.1.1
Debian 2.4.19 mostly woody.

I'm having no success trying to generate a conf.php using the web 
utility, Originally I was getting the "This form has already been 
processed" error, which seems to be a token issue, so I've set the token 
value to "none" to try to get past it. Now I get no errors, but no 
conf.php is generated either. Any suggestions on where to look, or is 
this a known issue?
