thanks for the help, I set the token value to sql, and it generated the 
file with no errors. So, setting none or file as the Token value created 
issues for my install, as for the dual php's I reported earlier, I 
suspect it's a path issue, but I haven't taken the time to further 
troubleshoot why pear finds it first.  I now have the install up and 
working fine, I appreciate the assistance.
