[imp] IMP strange hang

Hello. I am facing an extremely strange problem with IMP. I offer normal and
secure mode to my users. The issue is that, when using https, if a user
composes a message and hit send, the compose window hangs until a timeout
occurs. The message is never sent. Using http mode the message is sent
correctly. I tried to recompile PHP 4.2.3 I am using with no success. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
