[imp] Problems Running IMP

I'm having exactly the same problem (see my post earlier today) - I finally
managed to get the horde login to work, but you still end up at the IMP
login page with a broken white html page. RedHat 8.0 seems to the common
factor - one other poster has also reported this that I have seen. I'll keep
digging and post if I find anything out.
