[imp] problem with mozilla and attachments: IMP 3.2 RC1

Mozilla, when downloading an attachment, appends ".php" onto the end of
the file name.

In a similarly broken manner, IE 5.00.3502.1000 insists on calling every
file you download 'view', with no extension.

Apart from that, 3.2 RC1 looks very good.
