[imp] Bug in compose.js

Hi,

MS-IE (and maybe others) has Problems when composing a message from a POP3
account, it puts some errors about undefined objects:

    Error: 'document.compose.submitBtn2' is null or not an object

Here is a patch which seems to fix this (CVS HEAD):
