[imp] Truncated Attachments - we're not in safe_mode

Fortunately :) That's how it should be ( although personally i like 
having my PHP installations safe moded, which wasn't possible for 
Horde/IMP, at least with fast "out of the box" installation ).

What you see in PHP logfile ( hope you create any? - it's also set in 
php.ini )
