[imp] imp-weird login

[Tate Goodman,Staff,Diploma]

i installed imp just fine on had everything running.  when i reinstalled a week
later on  the same machine i am having the following problem:
when i go to horde/imp it doesnt even look like it is processing the php.
the attached picture shows what i mean.
i am running on Redhat8 and my horde test page showed everything was fine.
any help would be appreciated
