[imp] folder creation problem

You should know Cyrus architecture. In opposite to other mail systems, 
user's logical INBOX is his main directory. That's why you have to 
specify 'INBOX.abc' if you want to create/delete an 'abc' folder.

By entering this:
    'namespace' => 'INBOX.',
in horde/imp/config/servers.php, you can hide 'INBOX.' beginning from
folder names. Still in 'folders' menu you'll see that every folder
is 'under' the INBOX.
