[imp] Logout, Login problem in IMP3.2 RC2

Hi Craig,
thanks for the patch. It worked!

For me, it worked like this (in 3.2RC2):
- replace url() with applicationUrl()
- using only the login.php URL with out the Horde webroot

if ($registry->getMethod('auth/logout') == 'imp') {
    Menu::printItem(Horde::applicationUrl('login.php?reason=logout'), 
_("Logout"), 'logout.gif', $registry->getParam('graphics', 'horde'));
} else {
    Menu::printItem(Horde::url('login.php?reason=logout'), _("Logout"), 
'logout.gif', $registry->getParam('graphics', 'horde'));
}
