[imp] Request Delivery Confirmation problem

Hi there:
I update horde&imp head via cvs today and i have some problems wish someone can 
help me.

1.In folder operation if select "create mailbox" as operation but without 
 choose any folder name first(cyrus backend).No warning,no messages and no any 
hit was return,just blank page.

2.Recently,the "Request Delivery Confirmation" in compose was implement,but 
there is still one thing i don't figrure it out in help windows about 
Preferences: Request Delivery Confirmation.
They said :"....Not all mail server support this.". Is sendmail support this 
function ? How to enable it? Sorry for such stupid question.

3.sorry about attachment problem again.When open message and click download 
icon in imp ,if i choose "save to disk" the attachment's name default seems 
always looks like "download.doc download.jpg download.exe ..." in save file 
dialogue.

Client:win2000 + IE6.0
Server:apache 1.3.26+php 4.3
