[imp] folder count > 0, no messages shown

Hi

I am using imp 3.0.4, under RH7.2 (actually Mitel SMEserver 5.5), and have 
setup procmail to copy some mail into one of the IMP folders.  I use the 
folder "<whatever>/cur".  However when I try to display it in IMP, it says 
that there are the correct number of messages, but shows none (it even 
tells me how many pages it would show!).  I've looked in the FAQ and the 
archives and found nothing.

MTA is qmail.
