[imp] HTTPS, IMP 3.1, Attachments

Thank you everyone for your assistance in tracking down why I was having 
issues with attachments.  I downloaded and installed IMP v3.2-RC3 and have 
successfully downloaded attachments when using HTTPS!  It is nice to see such 
a great product that is freely available and actively worked on.
