[imp] IMP 3.2-RC3: Large folder issues

Some work reveals that the problem is gzip compression: If this is turned
off in /horde/config/horde.php then MSIE has no problems, otherwise it
misbehaves. A search on the web turns up things like Q312496, though this
one does not seem to apply to my machine at least.

If I want to turn off gzip compression for MSIE but keep it for everyone
else, what is the best method?

The problem remains with the released IMP 3.2, but clearly this is a buggy
browser issue and not a problem with IMP.
