There is no real "upgrade" but rather a new install followed by migration
of data if desired.

No, not for the upgrade, but there are some scripts available to help with
the data migrations (preferences and address book).

Same answer.

You will need to download and install Horde 2.x, IMP 3.x, and if you want
an address book Turba 1.x.  Once you get those installed and running, there
are scripts which can help migrate the database contents from Horde 1.x and
IMP 2.x to the new Horde/IMP/Turba databases.
