[imp] text attachements URL encoded when displayed..

Horde 2.2.1, IMP 3.2 FINAL - PHP 4.30..
I'm having a problem with plain text attachements.  When you view them, it's a
wild extravaganza of URL encoded goodness (unreadibly so).  Anyone else running
into this?  Any thoughts on fixing it?
