[imp] Patch for Draft and Sent Not included in IMP3.2

Hi:

I remember cameron-smith submitted a patch for draft and sent mail for IMP 3.1
while back so it will show "To" header instead of "From" and I also remember
someone from horde team commited the patch.

How come its not in IMP 3.2 production version?
