Yes.  I can confirm this problem.  This is very annoying.  It only happens with
Opera 7.xx versions.  I have NOT seen this problem with ANY of the following
browsers.

I have tested with:
Opera 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, 7.x
Netscape 4.5 - 7.02
Exploder 6.X
Konqueror (KDE 3.1)
