[imp] Weird probelm with Imp/Turba on new install

I just installed Imp 3.2, Turba 1.1 and Horde 2.2.1.  
I've been using these a while, so I'm pretty familiar with the system.

Horde and Imp test.php pages work fine.

When I try to access /horde/imp or /horde/turba, I get the following popup
message from Galeon/Mozilla:

"The connection to <server> has terminated unexpectedly.  Some data may have
been transferred."

And in the webserver logs, I see:

192.168.1.10 - - [02/Mar/2003:14:13:21 -0500] "GET /horde/imp/ HTTP/1.1" 302 5
192.168.1.10 - - [02/Mar/2003:14:13:22 -0500] "\x80F\x01\x03" 200 654


I also have a working Horde 2.2/Imp 3.1/Turba 1.1 install on this server, and I
actually just copied the Turba install completely.

The only different between the two installs is that the old one is SSL-only,
and the new one is on port 8081 until I verify it works correctly.  I copied
many of the config files directly over, after running diff on each of the .dist
files to make sure I caught the changes.

Anyone have any idea what's wrong here?  I can't figure out the issue.
