[imp] Still having IMP Problem

Hello,

Perhaps the Horde version is the common denominator, but i was running Horde 2.1
with IMP 3.0 for a while, and it was fine until i upgraded to IMP 3.2.

I still cannot reproduce it though. i'm seeing the error, but i don't know
what's causing it. it disappear for about half an hour earlier this morning too,
but it's back again now.
