[imp] compose under windows XP

Dear all

I installed HORDE-2.- and IMP-3.0 under RedHat 7.1 Linux
running apache-1.3.19-5 and PHP 4

User in my network using windos XP are able to log in and read message
but i they click on the compose windows nothing happen

Can somebody help.
If you need more information please let me know
