Eh, sorry, missed that.  Where is the function located?  Is it in your
conf.php file or in the horde/config/hooks.php?

In my config (imp conf.php), I have

$conf['hooks']['vinfo'] = true;

And I have the function _imp_hook_vinfo in horde/config/hooks.php
